About The Author

Joanne Sanders is a devoted educator, motivated writer, and advocate for positive thinking. She began her academic journey with an Associate of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Essex Community College and went on to earn both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Applied Psychology and Education from Coppin State University. Drawn to the power of words and the psychology of optimism, Sanders turned her passion into a career as an author and is currently pursuing a EdD in Higher Education at Notre Dame of Maryland. A member of Psi Chi, the Golden Key International Honor Society, the American Counseling Association, and the American Psychological Association, she combines scholarly insight with practical encouragement.
